Advocate Rajat Raghuwanshi is the Founder and Head of RR Associates, an established legal practice based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. His professional work encompasses litigation, prosecution and legal representation across a range of matters involving criminal law, economic offences, financial investigations, public authorities, banking institutions and other legal disputes.
He serves as Special Public Prosecutor for the Directorate of Enforcement, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, representing the agency in prosecution and related proceedings, including matters under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
His professional associations also include panel-lawyer engagements with the Indore Development Authority, Bank of India, Canara Bank, Syndicate Bank and legal services bodies, as reflected in his professional profile.
